48 Hour Cancellation Policy:

To ensure the smooth functioning of our appointment schedule, we kindly request that you inform us of any rescheduling or cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. In such cases, we will be more than happy to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative for you. However, please be aware that failing to notify us within this time frame will result in being charged the 50% for all scheduled services. Additionally, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the full amount for the services booked will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
